FEATURES

CAST IRON GATE VALVE WITH OVAL BODY RUBBER WEDGE PN 10 - PN 16 - PN 25 TO BE FORMED

BODY AND BONNET: Made of cast iron GS 500 / 7 in accordance with EN 1563/2009.

WEDGE: Made of cast iron GS 500 / 7 EN 1563/2009 and covered entirely in vulcanized synthetic rubber type of non-toxic (complies with Health Ministry circular 102/78) which gives the highest standards of durability and strength. The sliding wedge is by the side guides.

SHAFT: Made of hardened stainless steel 900 N/mm2.

SYSTEM OF CONNECTION BETWEEN BODY AND HAT REQUIRED: It 's made by steel Allen screws 8 / 8 galvanized, covered completely by a plastic cap. The seal between the body and cover is provided by a non-toxic rubber inserted in its groove. Connection between a tree and wedge made by bronze nut allotted within the wedge.

PAINTING: Made in 5017 Rol epoxy paint 200 micron minimum thickness.
